Welcome to the Trends at Work blog. This space will serve as a platform to share my observations and insights about the discipline of business transformation. As change touches many aspects of organizational life – including strategy, culture, communications, leadership development, talent management, and the impact of Web 2.0 technologies on the workplace – this blog will be a place to discuss all of those things, as well.
Thanks for checking it out and I invite you to join the dialogue!
Cheers,
Keith
